MY NAME IS JESSIE DEWALL AND I AM THE CREATIVE FORCE BEHIND HEATING & COOLING APPAREL. I AM INSPIRED BY THE CHALLENGE OF BRINGING FIT, FASHION AND FUNCTION TOGETHER.
FIT
I believe that fit can make or break a design. I understand how frustrating it can be to fall in love with a garment, and find out that the sleeves are too short or it's too narrow across the hips. This fuels my fire. Addressing the challenge of fit is extremely rewarding to me.
FASHION
I constantly observe clothing, and assess what design details I am seeing repeatedly. I try to avoid what has become "standard protocol" in fashion, all while maintaining classic elements. I currently enjoy pushing the boundaries with asymmetry and unexpected details like interesting linings, pockets or pop-colors.
FUNCTION
Clothing can have many functions. Depending on your activities for the day, that function varies. However, regardless of what you're doing, your clothing can always be interesting and attractive. From durable jeans and t-shirts to more delicate items, I interpret function as a challenge and an inspiration.
